Lori Aulenbach-Mader


Lori Aulenbach-Mader, Principal at FieldGoals.US is a marketing and research expert specializing in 55+ adults and is former CEO of The Results Network, Inc. a full-service field and focus group facility.

Aulenbach-Mader graduated cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University with multiple degrees in Marketing, Research and Technical Writing. Aulenbach-Mader’s experience includes 6 years as a Wholesale Marketing Analyst for Exxon Company, USA in Houston, Texas and more than 20 years as an executive consultant, speaker, author and moderator specializing in quantitative and qualitative marketing and litigation research.

Aulenbach-Mader’s skills in moderating have been recognized by the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal and numerous consumer research organizations. She has also been keynote speaker for the Marketing Research Association, PANPHA and the Horst Senior Living Conference.

Timothy C. Mader


Timothy C. Mader specializes in list procurement and management and has held executive level positions in some of the largest e-sample firms in the US including OmniPoint. Mader’s expertise in business development, management consulting and sample content and modification has earned him top awards in sales and marketing forums such as SMEI and NSMC.

Mader’s ability to identify and procure panels for specialty online surveys, as well as his quest to search out the most viable solutions to complex research objectives and methodologies, while maintaining budgetary stewardship has earned him the loyalty of manufacturers, marketing and communications firms,
other research agencies and list vendors nationwide.

Mader is a graduate of West Chester University and a contributing member of its Order of the Omega fraternity.

William J. Bader, Jr.


William J. Bader, Jr. has more than 30 years of experience in survey programming, website design and audio-visual specialties.

Bader graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Technical Theater Arts and has since owned and operated a computer consultation firm and designed, developed and executed IT tasks for the former Results Network, Inc. and Pomeroy IT Solutions, ranging from complex research survey programming to video-streaming and state-of-the-art IT and interactive solutions.

Bader’s ability to conceive abstract ideas and design pragmatic solutions in order to meet highly specialized client research needs with ease and financial responsibility has made him an invaluable part of the FieldGoals.US team.

Gabriella M. Fabrizio


Gabriella M. Fabrizio founded FieldGoals.US in 2009, and is responsible for managing market research field and focus group production and execution in both Harrisburg and Philadelphia, PA.

Fabrizio’s experience in both qualitative and quantitative research is vast. She has authored several ground-breaking studies in the telecommunications, 55+ and entertainment venue arenas and as part of the dynamic team at FieldGoals.US has also pioneered innovative ways of tracking online advertising effectiveness in driving offline sales across product categories.

Prior to joining FieldGoals.US, Fabrizio’s career has focused in quantitative research and online marketing. In New York, she worked as one of the first interactive media specialists to hold a position at a major marketing and communications firm. She has worked as an independent consultant with clients including DoubleClick, Beyond Interactive and Saatchi and Saatchi. Most recently Fabrizio was managing partner at an analytics consultancy. Fabrizio holds a Sc.B. from Brown University, and an MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.

Sai Muddasani


Sai Muddasani, a Project Manager at FieldGoals.US, graduated magna cum laude from NYU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature. Her survey design and development skills, as well as her brilliant approach to research initiative development and client interface allow Muddasani to create affordable custom research programs executed by the best in the field. Muddasani’s writing skills allow her to take research findings and guide clients through the creative process, crafting collateral that reflects a direct correlation between what the research has uncovered and client messaging.

Muddasani is fluent in Spanish and Telugu and maintains a global perspective when approaching research development.

Ryan Michael Fritchey


Ryan Fritchey, a Project Manager at FieldGoals.US, specializes in logistics and personnel management. With over 5 years of military service including 3 combat tours of duty (Sgt. USMC), Fritchey’s comprehensive training and experience in aviation logistics transcends directly to his detail-oriented field management and execution. Fritchey excels at mapping out and meeting timelines swiftly, accurately and within budget. Fritchey is currently studying Business Management at the Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the Chi Gamma Lota fraternity.

Kathryn Elizabeth Aulenbach


Kathryn Aulenbach leads FieldGoals.US’ anthropologic/ethnographic team currently conducting proprietary research in the Francophone region of West Africa. Ms. Aulenbach graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a dual degree in International Business/International Law and a certificate in Spanish. She is a fluent linguist and is proficient in Spanish, French, Mandarin and the native Senegalese dialect of Wolof. Ms. Aulenbach’s tireless work in the field of ethnographic research provides FieldGoals.US with one of the most layered and unique perspectives on global communications and marketing.
